An AI agent on Zalo, the messaging app Vietnamese buyers already use every day. A buyer sends their goal (rental income, a better quality of life, more space) and the agent filters a verified inventory and replies with the units that fit. The inventory is kept current by re-checking availability with owners and brokers. The agent runs on the Claude API. It currently operates from a personal Zalo account and is moving to a Zalo Official Account.

Project Due-Diligence Skill
Skill Thẩm định Dự án
One skill package that works with Claude and other mainstream AI assistants. The user loads a project’s sales materials and the assistant runs our appraisal framework, producing a structured report: strengths, risks, missing data, and the questions to verify before buying. Free after signing in with Google; installs in about five minutes.

Macro Indicator Radar
Radar Chỉ số vĩ mô – BĐS
An agent that pulls public data into a weighted table of the indicators that matter most for real estate, such as primary-market absorption rate and interest rates. It scores each indicator as favourable or unfavourable and compiles the results into a 6–12 month scenario report. Claude is used both to build it and to read the indicators. Access is currently limited to VIP members by request.

Founder
Nguyễn Khải Hưng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the National Economics University (class K54, graduated 2016) and has worked in real estate marketing since 2018.
